I am running Exchange on Windows 2000. I have a current custom recipient listed in my global address book. This custom recipient was moved over from our 5.5 Exchange server when we upgraded to Windows 2000. This is just an email address with no user account in Windows 2000. It appears with a globe icon in the global address book. Can someone please tell me how to create a similar recipient in Exchange 2000? It is an external address and we do not want the user to have a Windows 2000 logon, just an entry in the global address list that would be the external user's SMTP address. Can anyone help me? Thanks. Kyle
