Adding contacts to Distribution List by field other than name

Outlook 2003 - Have contact list using job title. I want to create a list of contacts with a specific job title. When I choose contacts, the job title is not shown, nor can I sort the contacts by this.

WHen I am looking at my global address book from exchange, the job title is shown, but I cannot sort by it.

How can I create a distribution list for fields other than the name?
