Adding Contact to Opportunity Form

I would like to add a lookup field for the established contacts in the opportunity form. I have not figured out how to add this attribute which is basically a lookup of the existing contacts. Any help would be appreciated

Unless I am getting this wrong it sort of sounds as if you want to track the contacts related to this opportunity? I would suggest that you could use the relationships tab on the left side of the opportunity to track any related contacts.

There is a problem with this when I try to create a template with the opportunity info. I would like to include the opportunity information on the template that is emailed out but I cannot attach the contact relationship on the second tab it is not an option
