Adding Conduit

I have a web server behind a cisco pix and also ISA 2004, I have just installed Windows Media service on the server bu am unable to stream videos to outside IP addresses.
I want to add a conduit to the pix but can't get the command correct.

Im typing the following in the configure terminal mode.

conduit permit tcp <host ip addess> <host mask> eq rtsp any

I get a command error, what am I missing?

make sure you are in "enable" mode, "config t" mode

example for port 80
