You just hit the properties of the collection (either existing or new one) open the membership rules tab and click on the little computer with a sun icon (direct membership wizard and add it through that.

resource class: system resource
Attribute name: netbios name

Value: type in the computer name

It worked. Thanks for the quick update.
Is their any link where i could try wiseinstaller along with sms 2003

No clue for wise sorry. Wise is simply a packaging program and the command line you would use to distribute it through sms would be no different that the command line you would use through the run line or cmd prompt.

If you want good visual tutorials for deploying software along with other stuff look at something like

or pay sites like
and MS has some free tutorials

Hi idsi,

For adding a couple of PCs to a collection, the info tbrennans supplied will work, but in case you are planning on adding a lot of PCs that don't quite fit in a query rule and need to add it individually, you can also try Steve O's SMS 2003 Collection Membership Wizard 0.3.34 instead.

Works very well for me and much better than adding each PC manually if you have a long list.
