When I make changes to a report, I am looking for a way to add notes or comments on what change I did, when I did it, etc.– These would be non-viewable to the user of course. Does Crystal have some sort of functionality for this?

Thank You,

You can enter notes in the file->summmary info->comments area. It appears to accept quite lengthy notes. Then you can place these on the report header by using the special field "Report Comments" or report on it in a separate Crystal Report, if you wish, which is based on file system data.

Or create a Formula Fiels called 'Comments', with no text to display but lots of comments within the field.

We do this and also one called 'Versions'.

Thank You both - I have added some comments via the file->summmary info->comments area noted.
