Got an EMS Dispatch group with an Asterix PBX that is dependant on my Meridian for outbound traffic.

I have a QSIG PRI tying the two systems together. The Asterix guys recently did an upgrade to their setup and after that, they are having outbound CID issues, as well as other things.

They are looking at their Audiocodes setup, but in the meantime, they are asking me if I can add CID info (primarily add a name) on the outbound traffic they are sending through me, via a different PRI.

Is this something I can do on my end?

Thanks, Jim

If they're using the CS1000 as a trunk gateway to the outside, the CS1000 will only pass what it receive. If they terminate the call on the CS1000, then you send the call out, then it may be possible.

They are basically just using me as a pass-through, They can dial DNs on my switch, but if they dial 9+ they are accessing my main PRI to send it to the world.
