adding channels in cp 4 1

Hi

We have a new keycode to add 2 channels to the callpilot i have entered the new keycode and reset the system. when i go through the config it shows my 18 channels:

DSP01-001 6
DSP01-002 6
DSP01-003 6

But in channel monitor i still only have 16

Can someone please tell me what i am missing to add these 2 new channels.

you need to add 2 more agents in the pbx, in sequence - right after the other 16.

once that is done, you need to run configuration wizard and add the agents in cp on the screen with all the TN and scn, complete the config wizard and reboot cp.
