adding attributes

Is there a way to add attributes in a title block. Example. I have a column in the title block that has a series of attributes. The column starts with number of telephone poles, then number of power poles, then joint use poles.

I enter the information in the attributes and want the total number of poles added at the bottom of the list.

How do I do this

You would probably need to make a little LISP rountine to do it at the push of a button (go through the Titleblock and grab the info, calculate, and then fill out an attribute).
