Adding AST

does anyone know the procedure to add AST to a set so that it will send cti info to a voice recording system (verint)

at the AST prompt you put in the key number you going to monitor with your CTI

AST PID DN
AST 00 01 = key 0(the acd position) and key 1(the dn key)

in the above example the dn happens to be on key 1

I agree with janeenaj, don't forget to answer the IAPG prompt on the set as well.
