To add a new drive to an existing array with a RAID 5 configuration. Do you just do this through smart start's raid config utility? Is it easy to do? Thanks for your help!

Matt

1.Insert the hotplug drive

2.Open the ACU (Array Confiuration Utility) under Compaq System Tools off the Start menu

3.Expand the Array to include the new disk..

4.Under DiskManager the Drive will have now grown and you can then create a new partition on the extra disk space.
