Adding an Outlook folder through active directory

Hi there,

Does anyone know of a way to add a Folder to everyone`s Outlook 2003 inbox within a domain. the Folder would contain specific settings.

Can this be done through active directory?

Help appreciated

Not in Exchange 2003 no. You can do it with 3rd party tools or Exchange 2007.
