A customer still actually has a BM 2.5 FP1 system and they are adding 20 IP phones. The keycodes are in and when you go to IP Telephony to Enable registration it lets you change it to yous, get rid of or change the password but then whan you click on something else and go back and look it changes itself back to NO which is stopping from installing the IP sets because they see the registration as disabled...I have tried evverything.....,HELP!!! SOS!!!

Check the services and make sure UTPS is set to automatic and is started. If UTPS is not started, modify the service and under starup, select "start".

It is no longer free and it should work on the level they are at. I need the answer for what I asked about at 2.5FP1 because it has to be up and running Monday night. Thanks.

Try uninstalling any new versions off java and installing the version from the BCM itself
