Adding an image to a 'News Item'

Has anyone successfully used the text editor to add a picture to an item in the News For You web Part? I'm not sure how to point it to the saved image, it keeps saying its on a shared folder or stored locally and to get the image from an image library.

How do I point it to one of the image libraries? If I put in Library/photo.jpg i Get the same error.
