Hi all,

I want to give a phone an extra incoming line on a neax 2000ips.
Currently when the phone is busy, it cannot recieve another call.
They have an E1 and is program with DID.
So is the ext 233 and you dial 4332233, it will ring at ext 233.
Can does some have the Cmd steps, so I can set it up in the MOC?

thank you in advance

First you need to create a virtual extension.
CMD 11>0000-0255>333:exe, this creates a virtual extension numbered 333.
CMD 9000>233,YY>333:exe, this places the virtual on a button of the phone.
CMD E601>233>333:exe, this sets CF busy primary to VE so when 233 is busy it rolls to 333.
E601>333>voicemail pilot, so if both are busy it goes to 233's VM box
E602, set both 233 + 333 CF no ans to the VM pilot.
CMD E6XX does not exist in older software. If you get an error, then you will have to do the forwarding using access codes.

Hi Belevedere,

Thank you for your reply, this will help.
I will try it out and update

I have the MATWorx31 version 13.0.1, is that ok?

Also to save I use EC6>0:0 correct?
