Adding Algo 3228 to CICS

I have added an Algo 3228 to a CICS Rev:2.0.
As the 3228 requires and analog port, I used the IATA on port 117.
I configured port 117: No lines, 1-I/C, H/F with a ring down INTL to ext 21.Everything works perfectly on the 1st call. After hanging up the Norstar, the Algo's red light button flashes non-stop. I checked on the cross-connect and I have no dialtone. If I call the extension number (37) it rings open (not busy) and in programming (Maintenance) it shows IDLE.
Why won't the hang-up at the end of the call release the ALgo and allow it to reset?

For those wondering, 3228 is an analog Door Phone

What happens when you use a test test?
Sounds like a "disconnect" issue.

Look at Disconnect programming on your Algo, or call Algo if still an issue.
