Hi - we're on Webclient 4.5 - does anyone else have an intermittant issue when adding agents to Partitions ?
We try and add them via the Partition Management and via the Agent profile in Contact Centre Management - sometimes the Partition Management screen will advise you it's been successful, other times is will say it could not be completed - however regardless of the confirmation the agent has not been added.
Likewise if we try via Contact Centre Management, we almost always get, update successfully confirmation, however the agent has again not been added to the partition.
The only way to overcome this at the moment is to reboot the server (Web Client, not the SCCS) - has anyone else came across this issue, any suggestions ?
