Adding Agents in Call center View

Hi,

Im having mental block here. I cannot find the area on Call Center View where you actually add the Agents. I have added thierPC wall boards, but cannot see where the agents are added or the group monitor for anything other than voicemail
 
If you are in the CCV, you can click on the icon that looks like little yellow blocks falling into place (it is right next to the red cross). In there, you can add groups to the call center view. The group should contain all agents that are assigned to the group. As long as the agents are assigned to the group in Manager, they should show up on the CCV.
