Key 0 is the important one and in this case the ACD queue is 6000, but the position ID must be a spare number. Some customers tend to just add in a extra digit or just change the 1st digit if they have their own SCR key to make it easier to manage the system DN range.
Also you will need to have certain ACD features added in on the keys such as NRD, MSB, ASP and EMR etc. It might be easier to just copy an existing ACD set and you just need to enter in a new position ID.

The information was great however I just want to add a new agent I know I begin at ld 23 and command chg, acdn, # after that I can't seem to get to key 0 can you Asssist
To add a set to the queue, you change or add the key in LD 11 - the set programming. You will need to add the NRD and MSB keys as well, and add the cls agn. Make sure the acd dn programming in LD 23 has the MAXP (maximun positions) set to the number of agents you need in the queue.
