Adding AdminUser to Switch

Hello,
I was looking to add myself to our Nortel Option 11C as an Admin. How would I go about adding myself. I have just recently started this new position and have a user that is an admin and I was wondering what load would I use to create a new admin user.
Im new to this so bare with me. Also how would I go about displaying all users on the switch. I came from a Definity G3si and notice that the Nortel is totally different from it by far. So any help would greatly be appreciated.

FIRST IF YOU DON'T HAVE LEVEL 2 PASSWORD YOU CAN FORGET IT, AND IF YOU DO HAVE LEVEL 2 PASSWORD YOU CAN DO IT IN LOAD 17

Yes I have access to create it I just was wondering what are the steps in creating it.

First in LD 22, print what passwords are used - PRT, PWD, enter 2nd level password.
To add a new user (assuming you are using login name)

LD 17
REQ: CHG
Type: PWD
PWD2: (enter 2nd level password)
LAPW: (enter a number not in use)
PWnn: (enter password you want to use)
Login_Name: (enter your login name to be used)
OVLA: (enter Overlays - or Loads - you want access to you will probably want all of them - type ALL)
<cr> through everything else
Logo out and give it a try
