Adding Additional Domain Controller - HELP!

I am trying to add an additional domain controller and am getting the following message when I run dcpromo. I am running W2K, the domain already has two domain controllers.

"failed finding a suitable domain controller for the domain"

What is causing this?

Are you sure it had Network Connectivity? Also are you sure you chose the right options when you ran DCpromo?

Yes. It had network connectivity. I think i've tracked it down to a network issue... more specifically a DNS problem. I think i've got it for now.
