I have a form, built by the wizard, which gets its' data from a query, I decided to add an addition data item to the query. I added a text box to the form and in the property sheet in countrol Source the pull down menu does not have the new item in it and if you type it in or use the expresion builder to locate it in the query or the table, you get the old #NAME? in the text box. Is there any way short of rebuilding the form, to get the form to recognize the nnew data? Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Did you save the query? You should be able to access the field either from the drop-down, or the Field List window...

Thanks for the response Cosmo. Absolutely, I saved the query. If you create a new form from that query the new data is there. Not in the old form. Any other ideas? Thanks again.

Thanks again Cosmo, but I logged off and logged back in. I wish there was a way to hack this thing. Well I hate to do it , but I think it is new form time. Gee, Mr. Bill writes good software, NOT. Thanks any way, but I will start rebuilding now.
