I made a change the other day to activate ACNT codes in the pbx,the symposium side is all setup already. I had to change the DCUS to 1 to get the acnt prompt in the queue, I then added one of the codes to the queue. After that I told the customer to test and he said the whole queue was down and could not log in, I advised to do this after hours but they wanted it done now. I changed the dcus back to null and outed the ACNT code from the queue and agents were able to log in again. What did I do wrong..?? and how do I get more then 1 code associated with the queue?? Thanks.

If you are referring about activity code it and you are using a CC6 ,it should be done in Configuration>activity codes.

All you need to do to make activity codes work is to assign a ACNT key to each acd set and put some detail in Symposium as JTDubai said.

I know that stuff, which is what I did, but when I made the change to the queue to add the ACNT prompt, the whole queue went down and could not log in until I reverted back.It is CC6, and that is all configured, just waiting for the pbx.

See other forum. You don't need another ACD cust, you need to say yes to mnemonic in ld 23 ACD queue.

You were correct to set DCUS to 1. Now you probably need to ini the switch (go back to these settings).

The customer said the whole queue was down? What system are they using -- CCMS/Symposium? In that case, it is skillset, not queue. Again, a PBX ini may be in order.
