Is there a way to ass a user to call Pilot to change greetings for Snow Days or alternate greetings.

In the BCM you can create users and give them rights and access to this and that but how can you in Call Pilot??

nope... u cant only for callcenter is a seperate login.. but for ur AA greetings is only full access....
