I have a web database that users enter data into via a form.
When searching for data, I want them to be able to view what they have put in, and I also want some kind of timestamp at the end of the text so they know the date that the information was put in.
How can I do this?

Create a field in your db something like DateStamp and in the default value an NOW() this will automatically input the date the form was successfully submitted to the database. Just add the form field as a hidden value with the value 'DateStamp'.
