Is it possible to do this? I want to add a sound on the down click of flash text.

I'm sur you can do this, Go into button edit mode, create a new layer called sound, insert a keyframe in the down frame of the button and then add place your sound there. This should do it. Alternativly, if the above does not work the way you want you can create a movie clip with the sound you want and target it with an 'onPress' event. roda B-)

if you place sound in the down state of a button unless it is just a "beep" or something too that effect you probably will not hear it..would be better to put it on the over state of the button..

just a thought..

Good point Virt! If you do want it in the "down" state of the button it's gonna be best to have it in it's own mc as mentioned above..... roda B-)
