adding a shared address list

I am trying to add an address list (that is shared from the server) into the tools/services/addressing tab in outlook. This would then enable multiple users to share the same main contacts, so that when they need updating they only have to be updated once.

Does anyone have any ideas?

If you have multiple people sharing contacts, try setting up a Public Folder that contains contact Items.

Make sure that the drive is mapped to the same letter at startup every time. You don't say what OS you're using, with NT you would map it as part of a logon script. If you choose a drive letter near the end of the alphabet, it is less likely to be remapped by users.
