Adding a second page for Terms to Invoice Form

Does anyone know if this can be done in GP9? I am trying to modify the blank invoice form to include a second page that would be the Terms and Conditions of Sale. Currently users are loading pre-copied sheets with the Terms and printing the invoices onto the sheets that way. I would like to elimate this step for my users and add the Terms to be printed at the time of the invoice. I have tried adding static text boxes but so far I have not had much luck.

Do you have Modifier and VBA?

I have a method using VBA which can print a custom report with the terms and conditions. My example is for POP but you could make it work for SOP too.

Thanks for responding David. No we do not have Modifier or VBA, so I guess that means that we are stuck with doing things the way that we are for now.

Not sure if this is an option for you, but adding a second page that would be the Terms and Conditions of Sale in Crystal Reports is pretty straightforward. Plus you get a lot of other options with Crystal that are not always possible in Report Writer. I would say at least 50% of our customers have invoices in Crystal because what they wanted to do was either not available or very difficult/costly to do in RW.

That's real interesting. I have created several reports in CrystalXI, which is being used as a stand-alone. All of these reports are for summary of sales, and a few for inventory. I will start trying this option now.

Forgive me for the shameless plug, but I thought this might be of interest to you.

We have a number of Crystal reports available for sale, and we just completed a 'simple' version of the SOP Invoice/Return and Historical Invoice/Return. They're not on our website yet, but if you're interested, please let me know and I can get you more info/samples. We also have a product that will let you run the Crystal reports you already have inside GP to make it very user friendly and allow shortcuts to the reports from GP windows, lookups of parameters directly from GP, etc. Not sure if that's something you're looking for, just thought I would let you know. (In fact, that's our ad at the top of this page. )
