Adding a second line to Avaya IP Office

I have a user that holds 2 positions in the company.
Is it possible to give him 2 separate phone numbers such that they can
1) Receive calls on both lines (and see which line that is being called before they answer the phone)
2) Define which line is to be used before making an outgoing call.
As far as I can understand this can be achieved using the Bridged Appearance feature, however I would prefer not to define a second user.

You can create the two incoming numbers to go to the same user in incoming call route and either tag the line or send to a hunt group with that one user in and have each HG named.
To select a line out either create a button per line or ars rule. 9 for one line and no 9 needed for main line for instance..
