Adding a second hard disk to Proliant with UnixWare 7 OS

I am trying to add a Hot Pluggable Drive to the external SCSi cage of a Proliant 1600. The Scsi id for the primary drive is 0 and the secondary is 1. I need to know how to identify the second drive in SCO UnixWare 7.1.0. The primary drive has root, var and tmp and is /dev/dsk/c0b0t0d0s0. How do I make the 2nd one seen?
I tried all different commands and get errors with diskadd
fdisk etc.

#diskadd 1
