Adding a Second Exchange Server

I have a Windows 2003 Domain with Exchange 2003 server on one of the DC's.

I am introducing a new 2003 member server to the domain and want to install Exchange 2003 on this server purely for testing purposes - no connections just testing only.

Can anyone forsee any problems with this.

Your info is too vague. Are you going to join the new "test" exchange server to the same org as your production box?

No, this is basically a completely seperate install.
