Adding a Room setup to a Scheduled Meeting

My user would like to add a room setup (basically how the tables and chairs should be arranged) to a meeting. Is there a trick to doing this ? I see nothing in the standard meeting page.
 
There is no trick for that, it is simply not included in the functionalities.
One possible solution would be to create a few JPGs of standard layouts and append the correct one to the meeting, manually of course.
Anything else will require design modifications in the mail template, which is always a nuisance when upgrading the server version.
