Adding a QCC console to an ancient Legend

I've managed to find the "System Planning" documentation on how an original DLC or QCC console operation can be set up, but certainly nothing about how to change a single DLC console into a dual-console QCC operation with relevant queuing -- at least, nothing that documents what changes need to be made to create this setup.

Has anyone created any QCC attendants before, or perhaps have any URLs that reference programming steps to complete this process?

Hi there.
I've done this task myself several times.
Most of the Legends I put in had QCC consoles because I liked their operation better.
I'll be perfectly honest, there are a LOT of steps to changing from DLC to QCC and having calls flow the same way.
A good programmer could have everything up and tested in a couple hours. It may take a beginner days to figure out all the tweaks and misc settings.
Before changing anything, backup the system, make a paper copy of EVERY call path for each telephone line for day and night treatment.
When that is all set and hard copied, look under SYSTEM PROGRAMMING, OPERATORS.

Honestly, before undertaking this task, you may want to ask yourself what are you trying to accomplish? If there are certain features that QCC gives you then go for it, otherwise, it's not worth the hassle. Basically, a QCC is for an application where the receptionist answers all calls and has a high call volume. There are other reasons as well, but these is mainly the intention.
