Adding a program to Norton's ignore list

Hello,
I was trying to figure out how to add programs to Norton's ignore list when you run a virus scan.

I have a program that keeps showing up as spyware when it's not.

Any ideas on how to do this?

2. What file is being reported as Spyware.
