adding a POTS line as a COT trunk

Hello guys.
I have 2 POTS lines from Verizon that I would like to have ring on a 6424D. How do I build them as COT lines? I know I have available COT ports and the 2 lines from Verizon need to be cross connected to these ports. Will i require an available key on each phone or will they ring to key 1 on each phone? Not exactly sure of the next step in configuration as well.

You need to add trunk group with those 2 CO ports added as member and the 6424D extension as the incoming destination in the trunk group form page 1.

Or personal CO trunk wherein you can assign it on the button assignment of 6424D extension.
