Adding a Pause for Account Codes

We need to know how to add a pause after a phone number, we have account codes for our long distance , we have tried the adding a D but that doesn't work . Have any ideas?
Example:
dial 12155910254 after that there is a tone we need to dial a 4 digit code.

The only way I could do this was creat the string in a short code, you will find the delay and wait for call progress in the shor code commands. Then put the shortcode into the Account or directory feild.

I'm working on Fax over IP between IP Office sw 2.0 (15) and CM 1.3 - S8700. On a remote site I have IPO 401 with 2 attached faxes. When I send fax, I need to dial 9 for outside line and wait for 1 second, and then dial fax number .... is there any other way to a add a short code to skip pause? Thanks in advance.
