Hi Guys,

Using Oracle 10g and CR XI 11.5

I have a simple crosstab report that shows sales across product groups, for specific products, and across the provinces/states. Here is what I mean:

Columns - Provinces/States
Rows - product_group, and then product_id itself

So, my results get nicely summarized per product_group and I get sales for specific products across each province.

Problem is that I now want to add a Product_title just beside the product_id field in the cross tab. But adding another field gives me a redundant Totals row, which I dont want. I went into the Crosstab Expert and tried every permutation of check this and uncheck that, but I can't get rid of it.

How can I tell crosstab not to group by product_title. I just want it displayed next to the product_id.

Thanks guys (and girls, if any but I doubt it)

What??!!

Go into the customize style tab and select the the product title->check "suppress subtotal". In some versions you need to select the other row field->suppress subtotal, so play with that.

Or create a formula

@product
{ProductID} &" - "& {ProductTitle}

Group on this instead of ProductID

LB,
That worked. Thanks my dear. I am so happy we have women in our company.

Ciao.

Thank you Ian too but I rather have the columns separate.
