adding a new video card to IBM

I wanted to add a new agp card to a IBM 8315-42U Machine but seems they have disabled the agp slot a factory? Is there any way to fix this so it can use agp or if not that will a PCI card work instead. The CMOS gives 2 options Intergrated or PCI.
