Hello All - I added a new user and assigned him the phone extension at his desk. Comparing settings from another working user and I am not able to select the Primary Extension section in Cisco Call Manager. Would the Digest Credentials be something provided or auto-assigned when creating a user? also, just because an extension was assign, it may/does not work because of the DID range. What is the process more or less to add a user and map him/her to a working accessible number?
