Adding a new Spectralink CBD251 to Avaya IP Office 9.1

Good morning all,


I support many IP Office sites but this is the only one with Spectralink sets. I've only recently take it over so I have no idea how to support the Spectralink portable sets.

I have a new CBD251 out of the box that I need to put in place of a set that went missing. So I need to make this 3013 where 3013 has disappeared.

Can anyone help me?

if you have some already on site then at least you could see how they are built, I tried to find the install docs for you but had no luck. Hopefully you have install instructions that came with the new phone

A CBD251 is a Spectralink model (6020) which does not work on IP Office. What you are probably replacing is an Avaya 3641 which looks very similar.
