Adding a new loop using a NT5D12 Dual DTI with Daughter board for D ch

Gents I need to add a new TIE to a CS1K 5.5 and I forgot the sequence in what you need to do this, I already prgramed the Route in LD 14, then I Tried to add the D CH in LD 17 but needless to say is asking for the loop. What load do I go to buld the loop and what load do I visit to add my members. I am also not sure how to build a D Channel on a daughter board, do I build it in LD 17? and what's the differt command from an MSDL?
