Adding a new library to the project in PB 11.5 1

I'm using PB11.5 and have an existing project object created. I just added a new .pbl library and cannot figure out how to add it in the project object.

When i try to deploy I keep getting this message;
The current library list is different from the library list contained within this project. The project library list has been updated. Refresh build options for the changed list and try again.

I knew how to add the libary in PB 9 but cannot figure it out in PB 11.5

Once you get the message, just save your project and it will be updated. You can then re try the build and it should be fine.
