Hello All,
I have created a report to display records. Simple..
To explain the scenario let me use these values.
Say the table name is "Data_Collection_2005", which I use to display my report called "Data Collection 2005".
This part works fine.
Now I have a query that updates dates (to store the last updated date value of data processing, which I call it "Last_Process_Date". This table has 2 fields (Process name, Date). Process name stores the name of the process and date ofcourse stores the date value.

Now I want to display the Date value from this table in my "Data Collection 2005" report.

Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like you just need a subreport in your "Data Collection 2005" report. This subreport would simply have as a recordsource a query on the table that contains your "Last_Process_Date". You could acquire this last process date by grouping your query, using "Max" under the Process Date field.

Hope this helps.

Hello Batteam,
Let me also mention this table that holds the date value has only 1 single record in it.
So how do I do this sub report..
Please advice.
thanks

As per dhookom's response, simply post another question on building subreports - or get the assistance you need from Access 'Help' files. Sub reports are very easy to do, try the 'Help' first and you probably won't need another Forum question.
