adding a new disk to the raid 1+0

hello,

I have HP Disk 36 GB and disk is in the RAID 1+0. On this disk is Windows 2003 installed.
Is this possible that i Add a new disk to the raid 1+0 , for example another 36 GB ?? (without delete raid 1+0 and lose the data )

???
