Adding a New Agent

I think I know how to add an agent in Symposium, but do I have to also add a login in the option 11 switch? If so, how do I do that. Thanks TJ

built the phone on the PBX, add the TN in the symposium and acquire the TN.

create the agent profile and assign a login in the symposium under user/agent/supervisor.
