VERSION 2511
RELEASE 23
ISSUE 55

We have just a few display phones (2616's) and right now the extension (internal) comes up but not the name. Is it possible to add this? I tried the ld 95 and I get this far:
OVL000
>ld 95
CND000
MEM AVAIL: (U/P): 318429 USED: 1156130 TOT: 1474559
DISK SPACE NEEDED: 104 KBYTES
2MB BACKUP DISKETTE(S) NEEDED: 1 (PROJECTED)
REQ new
TYPE name
CUST 0
SCH2102
CUST
AUD000

What am I doing wrong here? Do I need to build a list somewhere or something? Or will my release not support this? Also, I need to enable the display phones with CLS
CNDA and DNDA, correct?

you currently don't have a CPND datablock, you need to create one in LD95, New, CPND and answer the questions, then you can add names!!

That worked! That was the problem exactly, nobody had ever built a CPND. I added that, added a name, changed the CLS and now it works. Thanks so much!

Jp61616, When adding or changing a name, but a comma between the first and last name without any spaces.
John,Doe...

The comma will seperate the first and last name, otherwise both will be put into the systems first name column. The comma will allow you to change the name too, without any issues.
