adding a media card to rls 6.x

no man,
1-just connect ELAN & TLAN
2-add media card in element manger ( prepare IPs for MC also prepare the MAC address.
3-create the trunks in LD 14
4-save and transfer.
5-to be more sure, go to card and reset it from its bottom.
you dont need to reboot any thing except thr media card.

1- login to the MC with the serial cable.
2-apply setLeader "mask address"."Elan address"
4-upgrade the loadware for EM.
4-join it to domain by joinSecDomain
5-then added its parameter in node.
then sync..
by the way,, i have problem with the sync.where my MC is working all channels is up and it is joined to domain but i cannot make sync to it.??
