we need to back up a new database but we're a little stuck for space at the moment, i have a spare hot-swap drive though which i would like to install so that the backup can go onto this.
a quick question so...
Can i do this without any downtime, i pressume because its a hot swap drive i can but i just want to be certain? if the server crashed i would be hung as im only in this job a couple of weeks
