I am having a problem where I add a signature and it looks just fine. :example

When I check the use HTML instead of rich text and add a GIF image, it makes my signature do this.

My question is, how do I make it look like this ?

First what are you using for your E-mail editor?

Do you see the extra lines when editing your signature?

I went from rich text to html, added a gif followed by name and address and did not find extra lines between

I think when you are using the rich text, and you hit enter, the text appears on the next line, but if you use HTML it goes to the next line too, but has a bigger gap, as you are getting.
What to try is when you type your name and go to the next line, hold shift and then hit enter, then type your next line.....hold shift press enter...etc etc....
see how this holds up...

There is another way, you can create or make a new HTML page and desing it the way you want it to look....save the .html file to your desktop or somewhere, and then go to your stationary picker, choose new, and Use A File As a template.....then browse to your html file and away you go!!!
Good luck! Jay~
