Adding A Doc To Alreadsy Existing PDF

I have a pdf file. I have a word document that I want to append to the pdf file.

Is that possible? I have adobe professional 6.0.

Sure, take your word file and make it a single page pdf, then "insert" that page into the pdf file you already have.
